Maya 7.0 + Radeon 9800 Xt On Macos 10.4

Hi!
I need your help because i didn't designed anything with maya since 3 or 4 mounths on my PowerMac G5. I have this problem with maya since version 6.5 but as i had that version the problem was not so serious and was gone by installing maya for a second or even third time. Now with Maya 7.0 it doesn't matter what i do i get those bad rendered images specially on the edges on the objects that at the first time everybody told me that could be a 1:1 button case. But it seems that there is a problem with my graphic card and graphic driver. Ofcourse you can be sure that i render my pictures at a very high sample number so i am working with this software in an intermediate level.
