When I play my DV camcorder (hooked up with firewire) in iMovie all I get is a blue screen. I can stop and play the camcorder through the iMovie controls. The counter on the blue screen in iMovie is about 20 seconds ahead of the counter on the camera. Suggestions? What I really want to do is record directly on to the computer no using the camera's tape at all. But for now it would be nice to get this working like most people use it. |

This is for real- First-if your camera can control the camera but not see the video, *Open Garageband *Play a note or two *Close Garageband *Open iMovie The camera will work now-REALLY!! If not, look here: http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=43000 vacmac |
