Unhappy Actions question in Illustrator CS/CS2

Is there a way, when making an action in illustrator CS or CS2, to implement the save as function (when saving a PDF), but being able to go to the security menu and add a password? Or are is the action menu not able to go that in depth?

If this isn't possible, is there another way to be able to do this? I send many pdf's out a day, and im trying to find an easier way to prepare files, to eliminate forgetting a step. I already have an action that does everything i want up to this.

Thanx in advance!

You could try apple's actionscripting:

The other option is save all your AI CS files as eps and then distill them all in batches with Distiller set for the specs you require...
