| Gimp for OS X
Hey all, Does anyone know where I can find the GIMP for Mac OS X? Is there a specific version for OS X or do I have to use the UNIX version along with x11? Thanks alot, J  |

Unix with X11 as far as I know. There is a commercial version that you can buy (htttp://www.macgimp.com/), but even that requires that you install X11. With the nice X11 platform that Apple provides (http://www.apple.com/macosx/x11/), it isn't that hard to install. If you look around the site here, there are multiple X11 and Gimp HOWTOs, so I won't detail the steps here again
