DVD with multiple sound tracks?

Hello - I know I should research this a bit, but I'm wondering if this is something I can do with FCP, iDVD and/or DVD Studio Pro.

What I want to do it this - we have all our old family super 8 (silent) movies converted to digital. I want to record different voice overs on these films. For example mom talking over the movies, then another one with dad talking over the movies. Ideally I would like the final DVD itself to have options like "Play with Mom's commentary," "Play with Dad's commentary." You know, like real DVDs that let you watch the film with the directors comments, actors comments... and not have to have two seperate files for the same video.

What would be the best way to approach this? Any pointers to get me on the right track (no pun intended). Thanks in advance.

iDVD won't do it, but it appears that DVD Studio Pro will:

At

http://www.apple.com/dvdstudiopro/featureoverview.html

it says:

"Define up to eight audio streams for different soundtracks to each track "

Thanks Brian - I was afraid someone would say this, now my only problem is justifying $1000 for DVD Studio Pro!!! :-) Too bad they didn't make a DVD Studio "Express," but I guess that is what iDVD is - in a way. Wait, it is "only $500 now! When did that happen! This is much better news. It looks really sharp too. I had only seen the first versions and never really looked back due to the price issue.
