Question Movable Type CSS problems (rebuild destroys CSS)

I've grown tired of the generic CSS of my MovableType 3.121 installation and edited the styles-site.css file accordingly (manually, in pico).

The site appears correctly until I rebuild it when it overwrites my old CSS. I can't find a location where the CSS might be stored in Templates...so how do I make my changes sticky ?

EDIT I guess I was pre-occupied with my girlfriend leaving today for India today for 6 weeks...there is in fact a Template called Stylesheets that, wouldn't ya know it, links to ./styles-site.css
