Creating an installer package

Need some help in the area of installer CD for MAC. I have been given a .sit file containing what they want to install and they want for me to make a CD install for it. Does anyone know how to make a typical install CD from that? Or can I just copy the sit to the cd and they can unstuffit themselves?
