What software does your free support system use?
It uses a custom-built system by Scott William of DigitalCrowd, Inc. It integrates into VB.
Can someone come to my home/office and help me?
Sure, but probably not from this site. We are located all over the world, chances someone is near you to help you out is probably minimal at best. We provide support online through our forum and personal support areas.
Can someone call me to provide support?
You never know, it does happen, but not that much. Our support is handled by volunteers and mainly done online.
How many questions do you answer a day?
Oh, it just depends really 20-200.
Which platforms do you support?
Primarily Macintosh, and we offer limited support for Windows and Linux on Mac hardware.
Can I search past question and answers through free support?
Yes, through our Topics area. Just do a search, tech questions are located in the right hand side.
Where can I check the status of my question?
You can find links under the "Account" link at the top of each screen.
