Is there a BIOS setup in the Mac and how do I get into it!? G3 iBook

No, there isn't. You have open firmware though, a command line interface for hardware developers. Command-alt-o-f at boot.

What settings are you looking for?

Slightly irrelevant - the prototype Intel Macs actually have BIOS. Gross. I hope they rewrite open firmware to run on x86 rather than actually shipping Macs with BIOS. That'd be like running backwards in development.

If you wanna play with Open Firmware get access to developer.apple.com there's plenty of information in there.
