What do you mean won't print? No pages come out? Did you ever have it working in Economy print?
Try turning off the printer, waiting five minutes, then turning it on and doing a print job.

And you get no error messages?

Does it print in normal or standard settings?

cheryl - No error message and it does print in Normal settings, but alas, I discovered a path to success! Though it won't print Economy in the Automatic print mode, it will if I use the Advanced settings, set to Economy. thank you for the generous attention.
