Unhappy Epson printer, which one do I have?

In all of my online documentation my Epson printer is listed as "Epson 777/777i".

I want to get an AlphaSmart (www.alphasmart.com), but besides the fact that there are currently no OS X drivers, it will print directly to an Epson 777 but NOT a 777i.

How can I determine which printer I have?

Hmm, I think you're best bet would be to write down your printer's serial number, then call Epson and ask them.

Thanks themacko, I did it this morning: it's a 777 so it'll work.

Thanks for entertaining my stupid question
