| Most FireWire webcams will work just fine with your Mac. Ones with USB might not come with their own Mac drivers, and might need the help of some open-source drivers.

| You can also use any digital camcorder as a webcam as long as it has an iLink (FireWire) port. |

| Apple's iSight is by far the most convenient and well supported. You can also use any digital video camera with an iLink (Firewire) connection. Logitechs and Macally's are also quite good. Anything other than that I would be very wary of, as there is a whole pplethora of cheap, badly made webcams on the market.
