Port Problem On a Bt Voyager 205 Adsl Router

Dear mac support team,

I am trying to have a video chat with non mac users via ichat or Skype. Chat seems to work fine, but noone can see me. My internet connection goes via BT ADSL Router (max. 2GB speed)
