Do video iPods scratch as bad as the nanos?

Can someone tell me if the video iPods get scratched as easily as the nanos? Do the fingerprints show up just as bad as well?

I am thinking about getting black because I already have a white one. Is there any reason why black is worse than white (scratches)?

I assume that the black would show the scratches more than the white one would, just like a car. However I think that looking at the black on would be more appealing with respect to videos.

I believe I saw something a few weeks ago about being able to change the GUI to a shade of black which looked cool on the black iPods. Does anyone know what I'm referring to? If so, how is this done?

i have a iPOD mini, i love the setup and i even have a 4Gig stil small and doenst show anything , slight scuff on the wheel but thats it. I was lookin at the nano, but its still up there in price, ill wait til it drops more. I think the mini has the best casing for durability also. the older bigger ones an the nano have more of a glossy casing so they might scratch easier

Well, my iPod mini has fallen face down on the craggy asphalt of a parking lot, leaving it with scratches on the bottom front (although still minor). Recently on my trip to Orlando, my iPod fell out ofmy pocket and it got dented on the top left. Of course, I tend to abuse my hardware, so I guess it's expected. But it would have been nice if it could handle a fall like that without taking a dent..heck, my cellphone has been through worse than what my iPod has, and it still looks normal.
