Powerbook help: Screen Green and Crazy

I have a Powerbook G4 and my screen has green and sometimes red lines pulsing through it. Sometimes they just sit still. Sometimes it disappears and looks normal. I think it has something to do with the pressure I put on the keyboard or the area just below the keyboard. I've attached a screen grab of what it looks like. This just started today - does this look familiar to anyone. Is something loose somewhere, could this be a software problem?
