Powerbook Ti G4

I have a powerbook Ti G4 running 10.3.9. Recently, it started
not waking up from sleep. It would require a hard reboot.
IT won't boot 80% of the time either. I can hear it start up,
but no gong sound, nothing. The fan eventually runs.

Sometimes when it does boot, it goes into open firmware
mode and there is an invalid memory access line there.
Sometimes, when in open firmware, there is no invalid
memory access line.

I have tried resetting the PMU (pushing the button under
the keyboard - upper right hand side). I have tried
the following commands:

> set-defaults
> reset-nvram
> reset-all

I ran the hardware che4ck when I booted with 'c' down and
everything passed including the ram tests.

nothings seems to get the system into a 100%
boot up state.

Any ideas?

Cheers,
Bill.
