    Screen has dimmed

My Powerbook G4 screen has faded...like the backlight is very weak. I can see that the programs are working but everything is very dark. What can I do? I am using OSX 10.2.8. Thank you for your help.

There's a tiny issue with your suggestion...no such thing as a F15 on any Mac laptop (or most PC models either). On the newer PBs it's F9 (decrease) and F10 (increase).
