Fixed my dead combo drive

Im new to this forum but after a quick look around I was able to fix my dead combo drive. Last night, i was trying to play a movie and the drive wouldnt take the disk. I restarted it and inserted and it took it but after the computer booted it wouldnt recognize the drive (even in the profiler). I read that sometimes the cable gets loose or goes bad so I took the keyboard off and reset the ribbon. Everything is working fine on my ibook now. Thanks!
