| i was using my mac when there was a pop sound and a burning smell and my mac completely died...please help me if you can x |

| That's not a good sign, and probably not anything anyone can troubleshoot here. It sounds like something is severely damaged (like the power supply). Best bet is to take it to an Apple Authorized Service Center and have them check it out.
