| Sony Handycam I have a Sony DCR-DVD 505 Handycam and I cannot open the video files on my G4 Powerbook or G5 Desktop. I have Final Cut, IDVD, DVD player and none of them open the data files. The camera connects using a USB cable. Any Ideas? |

| Ketzler, you have a miniDVD camcorder. It produces finalized DVDs. This is an output device and is not intended to be edited. If you really want to edit your miniDVDs, then you have to pop them out of your camera and into your PowerMac G5. Use a DVD ripper like Handbrake to convert the DVD into an editable format. |
