HP Photosmart C4180 All-in-one-woes

Any one gotten this fine piece to work with their MacBook? I can't even get the installer to work... I can print crappily using an exsisting driver bundled with tiger, but I'd like to have use the real driver... not to mention the scanning software, etc etc etc

Help!
