| iBook and PowerBook optical drives swappable? Can I swap the optical drives in this powerbook and this ibook? I haven't found anything that really says anything either way, any help would be appreciated. I'd open it up and have a look, but I don't want to open up the iBook unless I have to..

| Yes, they are swappable. I don't recommend opening an iBook, however. The entire operation took about 4 hours. You'd understand why it'd take 4 hours if you've ever opened an iBook.. not fun.
