| Hi Is there a web site showing how to remove the original CD recorder from a G4 466 MHz, and replace it by a DVD recorder. Once opened, there is a metallic box around the CD recorder and don't know how ro remove it, nor throwing away this player ! regards |

| Open the side panel, you'll see plastic tabs behind the front edge in the area around the drive door, push the tabs to pop off that trim panel around the CD opening, You'll find 2 screws at the bottom edge of the opening, Screws out, push the drive box out the front, disconnect cables. You'll see the screws that hold the drive in place, replace your CD!
