My magsafe power connection is starting to crap out. The insulation is pulled out and I can see a exposed wire. Sometimes when its connected the light just goes out and I have to remove and place back in.
Since its still under warranty I want Apple to replace it for me. Any advice one what to say?
I dont want to be blame for the incredibly poor design. I also dont want to send in my laptop.
Where exactly would I complain about this design also?
