 HP "Driver not installed" problem Help! I have bought an HP Photosmart C4180 AiO printer, and cannot get it to install. I am running Panther 10.3.9 and have downloaded the latest drivers from HP (7.9.1). I have also spent many hours on the phone to HP support who have as yet been unable to help! I have tried all the suggestions out there in webland, installing BSD, repairing permissions, removing com.apple.print* files etc ans all to no avail! I am ready to send the printer back, except that I'm convinced that someone out there with 10.3.9 is happily printing away with this printer and I don't want to miss out! Please help...   |
