Cheapest source for AppleCare

Can anyone recommend a source for buying AppleCare for a MacBook and for a MacBook Pro? Yes, I ran PriceGrabber but I wonder if there is any harm in buying AppleCare from the cheapest vendor. Any bad or good experiences? Thanks.

P.S. Looks like I can get AppleCare for the macbook for almost a $100 less than Apple. Any risks?

could look and see if you can get Apple Care on Apple's site under special deals.

I've heard about people buying it on eBay and having no problems. Unfortunately that was after I bought it from Apple's site.

No the Apple Store (even in the Savings site) charges the same amount for Apple Care. It is 249 for the MacBook which is about $80 more than other sources. For example, smalldog.com sells it for 199, I think.

I've seen them on ebay.co.uk for £99, that's a bit less than $200 or so.

I have bought on eBay with no problems. Just check the seller's feedback and use the same cautions like you would on any deal.
