| spinoff: audio line-in has stoped soundin
sorry, just had to use that "stoped". I am trying to use the "line-in" on my PowerBook g4. I know that the audio device and cables are working because I can connect to other line-in devices and hear the sound. When I go to system preferences and click the "input" tab and highlight "line in" i can see the "input level" bouncin around but I hear nothing. Ideas? Very thankfully, me |

I don't know if OS X will pass the line-in audio to an output automatically. Try using the app LineIn: http://rogueamoeba.com/freebies/
