StylusRIP, StylusColor 3000 & Leopard

Hi,

I have Epson StylusRIP on a networked print server which runs OS 9.2.2. When I was running Tiger on my G4, I had no problems printing to StylusRIP. After upgrading to Leopard, I can print to StylusRIP, but it always begins printing in the middle of the image. I've tried printing from Illustrator CS3 & Acrobat 8 with the same results. Anyone else have this problem and/or found a solution? Thanks...

Update & Workaround

Correction to my posting: it worked fine in Panther before updating to Leopard.

I found a workaround: my print server is running Panther, & things seem to print fine if I print from Panther on the print server while running StylusRIP in Classic.

Could it be as simple as an incorrect PPD file in Leopard?

How many and which programs have you printed from?

Personally, I don't think 10.5 is ready for prime-time in all situations. I'm anxiously awaiting the 10.5.2 update and hope that it fixes a whole host of issues.

You might also try reinstalling the PPD for the RIP/3000 and then remove the RIP/3000 from your list of printers, then add it again.
