Upload what to the computer? The iPod nano?

All you really need is iTunes, available for download from Apple's website.

Be aware that with your new computer, you will need to erase all the music on your iPod nano and re-download it with iTunes on your new computer, so make sure you have a good backup of the old computer to transfer to the new one.
