I am running OS X 10.5.5 and using CCC 3.1.1 - version 2.3 does not have the same features as 3.3.1, so my method will not work. You mention the actual Address Book application is missing on your iBook HD, so just copying the Address Book folder from the Fantom HD to the Mac HD will not not work. You will need to copy the actual Address Book from the Applications folder on the Fantom HD and paste it into the Applications folder on the iBook HD as well /Users/"username"/Library/Application Support is the location of the Address Book folder on the Fantom HD - copy it and paste it into the same folder on the iBook HD.
