12" Metal Powerbook G4 A1104

I have a 12" Metal Powerbook G4 model#A1104.
I press the power button, Lights come on, chime happens, screen backlight comes on, but then no matter how long i wait i get nothing, no error msg or beeping. It will stay on all night like that. What can this be?
I tried removing Battery, Ram, Only on AC power, same thing.
I have it appart and took the hard drive to see if i can test it, but have no disks at all for it.
I have other PC's but no other Mac's.
I do have a USB Hard drive adapter, can it be read by a PC?
I am not good at all with a Mac, so please be thorough and send links if needed.
