15.1" Flat Panel B&W (Blueberry) Studio Display - Rev. B

Just acquired the 15.1" Flat Panel (Blueberry) Studio Display - Rev. B with no power adapter and would like to get it running on my B&W G3.

If anyone has one of these monitors (with the separate power adapter brick), on your power adapter does it show you which is Positive and which is Negative where the monitor's cable inserts into it? (I have a non Apple adapter of the same spec. but don't which way round to connect the wires!)

If it does not show a diagram of which way the positive and negative is (most generic adapters do), could someone with a multi-meter check and let me know? Thanks.

I have read that the YOYO adapter for iBooks is the same spec. and works perfectly but you need to cut off the end and put a new one on. Again, I don't know which way round!!!

like most power adapters the center is the pos, outside is neg - the silver and bronze yoyo power supplys for the powerbook g3s' i.e. Pismo, have the same specs: 24VDC, 45W, 1.875A
