i have a logitech web cam and i want to use it -apart from isight- on my 27" iMac, how can i use those two in turns?

If it's a firewire webcam, iChat should be able to see it, and you should be able to use it as a source.

If it's a USB one, you'll need to get some drivers, at least for iChat.

Which one is it?
How is it currently seen in iChat, other programs you want to use it with, and in system profiler?
Did you install any programs or drivers for it?

trying to use it in chat roulette but it wont work, what drivers do i need and will isight be turned off logitech is used?

That seems to use flash.
Try selecting the source for flash http://discussions.apple.com/thread....readID=1374761
