G4 MDD which logic board?

I recently acquired a DP 1.42 cpu from ebay to go into my broken DP MDD 867 model powermac. I now need a new logic board. I would appreciate it if someone could tell me which 167 FSB logic board i can use. I think the FW800 board would surfice (661 2782) but they have an extra port and would require me to modify my case for it to fit. The other 2 167 FSB boards would i assume fit into my case but would they run this processer.

does anyone know where to find one of these boards cheaper then DV warehouse?
