Airport Express Problem

Recently I added Airport Express to my Mac setup in order to increase the range of my Airport Extreme base station connected to a cable modem. Since doing so the range has increased dramatically and I am satisfied with that. However since adding Airport Express I now occasionally lose my internet connection and in order to get it back I have to unplug the power cord from the base station and then plug it back in. After i do that I regain my internet connection and everything will be fine for several hours and then I experience the same problem all over again. Obviously this is an annoyance. This loss of connectivity effects both my TBook and my desktop iMac G5. I am conscientious about keeping up with latest OS X and Airport software.

Does anyone have an idea as to what is causing this and what I can do to fix the problem.

Thanks

Richard

Sounds like you need a firmware upgrade.
