| Powerbook can't see Memory Stick PRO
I can't see my MS Pro cards on my Powerbook?? Any ideas? I am using a MS to Compact flash adapter to connect my Sandisk Memory Stick PRO via the PC card slot. The Sony cards (which are not Pro cards) show up fine. This same thing happens using a USB card reader. I also can't get my Epson P2000 multimedia player, to recognise them using the Compact flash adapter. Does any one have any advise?? Cheers Alan |

I hadn't heard of that problem, Alan. And the tech-puke at Best Buy just told me an MS Pro stick would work just fine in my cheapie Sandisk MS PC Card adapter. But I just looked around and found rather more pricey ($30 or so) PC Cards that say they work with both MS and MS Pro, so maybe there's a big differrence.

Thanks for your reply Al. My problem is not actually my PC card, but I think it is my MS to Compact Flash adapter, which I then plug into my Compact Flash PC card. I needed this MS to Compact Flash adapter to mainly use in my Epson P2000 multimedia viewer. That's why I haven't bought a dedicated MS PC card.
