kernel panic !!!! help !!!!

i have power book g4 15' 1.25 ~THE STORY : my RAM was 512 (2x256) i have change to 1G (2x512) and then i get to many kernel panics i take the 1 512ram out everything is ok with 1 RAM never kernel panic i have change the ram and the some problem ...... why ????? i hate kernel panic !!!!!!

You may have bad RAM chips. My laptop also suffered from occassional panics due to bad RAM, see below:
