      <content:encoded><![CDATA[Chances are, you may run into an issue you can&#039;t install RIP software ( colorburstrip ) for Canon or Epson printers and the problem is usually caused because of launchd is using port 515.<br />
<br />
You can tell this by running this command in terminal:<br />
<br />
sudo lsof -i -P | grep 515<br />
<br />
If you get an output from this command, you will see usually two lines showing for ip4 and ip6.<br />
<br />
To resolve this issue simply uninstall cups-lpd:<br />
<br />
sudo launchctl unload...<br />
<br />
