| [FAQ] - Couldn't Alloc Class NVDANV10HAL
If you boot in Mac OS X 10.1.3 or above in verbose or single-user mode and see: Code: Couldn't Alloc Class NVDANV10HAL When does it appear: This message appears on Macintosh computers with nVidia video cards running Mac OS X 10.1.3 or higher. It will appear when you boot verbosely (COMMAND-V at boot time) or into single user mode (COMMAND-S at boot time). What it means: This message means that the system could not locate and initialise your second monitor. Now, if you do not have a second monitor connected to your computer, seeing this message should not surprise you. Crib notes version: Don't worry
