Need Software to edit scanned docunemt??

Hi everyone.
I need to update my video co. contract so i scanned the contract and cannot edit the content. is there a ocr software for the mac or something else i can use to edit the document?

I'm using the QS 867 10.2.5 HP deskjet 5300 scanner.

toast will become famous soon enough
Of course there is OCR for the Mac: OmniPage.
It'll allow you to save as RTF, so you can edit the doc in TextEdit.
