Switching to iPhone (?)

My current phone (Sony-Ericsson P990i) is starting to show its age, so I am
thinking on buying new phone.

On my current phone I have some extra programs I use all the time,
so I like to know if there are similar features (either coming with the phone
or as extra software) on iPhone:

- Handy Safe password management tool
- SloveEd English-English dictionary
- Excel

Excel does not have to be Excel, but some kind of spreadsheet program is must.
