notch is on a distinguished road
iphone 3g mac os x 3.4.9

My os x 10.3.9 wont let me synch to my iphone, does anyone know a way around this without having to get a new computer.

In order to sync your iPhone with the latest version of iTunes, you need at least Mac OS X 10.4.10 as per the requirements.

Perhaps, in theory, yes... a patch could solve that.

Does one already exist? No.

Unless Apple comes out with one, the only "patch" is to purchase a retail upgrade disc of OS X 10.4.x or retail full-installation disc of 10.4.x. Apple isn't selling it anymore (since they've moved to Leopard), but you can find them from online Mac retailers.
