Transfering PHOTOS "FROM THE" iPhone

To all iPhone (and iTouch, iPod) 1.1.4 or 1.2 (2.0) users:

I've seen several POSTS around several forums asking how to take the photos off the iPhone.

You can sync your photos to the iPhone but putting them on your Mac via iTunes doesn't seem possible! Here are my personal choices below:

Mac Options:
My first choice is "Image Capture.app" in the applications folder. Create a folder and download them all! Simple!!!

Second Option for those with CS3 is to use "Adobe Bridge" and pull them out via "File > Get photos from Camera"

Windows Options:
The iPhone should mount as a drive in Exploder/FileManager (oops typo) or i've used Picasa.
