Red face newbie - help please!!!

Hi folks,

Have just discovered this site and well done to you all it's fab. I'm not sure if i should be posting this question here, please point me in the right direction if i'm intruding!!

My question that i hope one of you can help me with is this, my boss has the same ipod nano as myself (black 2gb) mine is fine (heehee) but his has displayed on the screen a large tick with the text: Disc mode ok to disconnect. This is permanently on the screen...any tips on how to get rid of it, or what it means????

Thanks in advance for your help

Louise

Try holding down the select (center wheel button) and "menu" buttons at the same time for a few seconds -- that'll reset the iPod, and probably bring it back to operating as a normal iPod again.
