Use iSquint to convert the videos to an iPod-compatible size and format, then use iTunes as normal to sync the videos to the iPod.

iSquint is available here:

There are more than a handful of programs that will convert video to iPod format for Windows. A simple Google search (or versiontracker.com search) will give you more than you need:

http://www.versiontracker.com/php/se...indows&x=0&y=0

Use iTunes for Windows to put the videos on your iPod. You can download iTunes for Windows from here:

http://www.apple.com/itunes

You do have one of the new video iPods, don't you? You cannot view video files on your iPod unless it is one of the newer, video-enabled iPods.
