| iPod Video screen is blank/frozen My son had his iPod connected to our iMac today and an update message popped up(I don't know what it said-He's 13). Anyway, now all he has is a blank screen. I have tried using iPod updater, but the updater just says "waiting for iPod to become ready". Any ideas? Thanks David  |

| Have you tried resetting it? Remove it from the iMac and hold down Menu + Select (button in the middle) for a few seconds.

| Yep! Tried that. Tried using the wall charger. The thing just beeps, and does nothing. |

| Let it run flat and recharge then Menu+Action or charge or reset
