A folder disappeared on my Nano

A folder disappeared on my Nano

I copied a 400MB folder to my Nano, thinking I could use it as a portable drive. The folder disappeared and I can't get the 400MB back.
I tried reseting it and tried re-installing the progam...Does anyone have any other ideas?
