iTunes license agreement

hey I downloaded itunes 7 and it keep showing me the license agreement and when ever i click on it a get this message saying. The folder "itunes" cannot be found or created, and is required the default location for folder is inside the "My Music" folder. When ever I go to that Folder there is nothing there.
Help me out I am not trying to take my ipod nano 4GB back to the store, beacuse i can't get itunes to download.
