| iPod not connecting to itunes My iPod will connect to the computer to charge and when finished charging it will say ‘don’t disconnect’ for hours and will never do anything, then when I open iTunes to update my iPod the iPod dosent connect and the icon dosent come up on the left hand side when it usally dose when connected. Ive tried plugging it in different areas on the tower but when I do it dosent recognize it, and iv also reset my iPod and nothing still connects  |

| What version of OS X (or windows?) are you using? Are you using USB 2.0? Do you have iTunes 8 installed?
