I can't see videos, just the artwork

I have a 60GB white iPod video and when I try to watch a music video I can only listen to the video and see the artwork and the name of it. I looked up on the manual and it said that that happens when I selected the video from the Music > Artists menu, but I tried from the Video menu and it happens the same.

help please.
